1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cheer4d platform — including but not limited to the website at cheer4d.lat, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming products offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cheer4d platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all Terms in force at the time of access.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and cheer4d ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with cheer4d, including account use, financial transactions, participation in games, and any promotions or bonuses you may claim.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. cheer4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

2.5 KYC Verification. As part of our compliance obligations, cheer4d may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. This may include submitting a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, or other documents we reasonably deem necessary.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Credentials Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any security credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. cheer4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. We may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate any reported security incident.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or not, until you formally notify cheer4d of any unauthorised use. All bets placed and transactions completed through your account are considered final.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cheer4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable regulations, after providing reasonable prior notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cheer4d supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, and BNB. All MYR transactions are subject to standard processing times.

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant payment pages within the platform. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers — including the cheer4d Welcome Bonus — are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be explicitly stated on each offer page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated free spins are subject to expiry periods. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds that pass their expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6.2 Random Number Generation. • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so and exploiting the bug instead will result in account termination.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards cheer4d staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by cheer4d. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all bonus balances and associated pending requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be processed subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

12. Amendments to These Terms

cheer4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
